- For best comfort, choose a blanket weight close to 10% of your body weight.
- Weighted blankets are designed to rest on top of your body, not hang over the sides of the bed.
- If between weights, choose the lighter option for a gentler feel or the heavier option for deeper pressure.

Very nice blanket, good material (cotton), nice color. Wish we could get a cover that tied up with the blanket. The blanket is just a tad smaller than a full size bed. I recommend going up to the 60x80 so it covers the entire bed and hangs over a few inches.

Exactly what I was looking for!
Happy with the weight, construction, quality, etc. But the "light pink" is a terrible pink. On my computer, the pictures make it look like a slightly rosy pink, but it's not. It's a very simple, bubble gum, cotton candy pink, which most adults will not appreciate.

deeper sleep right away- I love that it is made from 100% cotten- makes it cooler ot sleep under and much better to avoid more plastics in my life. The weights stay distributed thorugh out th eblanket for an even feeling- it is just the right size to cover me- My partner and I each have our own. WE purchased the throw size. Highly recommend and have to many friends and clients

Wow these really work, I liked the weight, tried it out hours before bed and woke up from a sound sleep just in time to need to turn around and go back to sleep. I can have the weight without the heat. I finally bought it for my fiance to use after surgery, glad I bought 2 twins so i can have my own! With 2 twins we can each control how much blanket we want without compromising! Using with duvet covers purchased seperately, but love the deep purple /eggplant color.

Fabric is very nice! I think it might be a bit heavy! I bought the 30lb weighted blanket. Think I'll try a lighter one to see if it is more comfortable. Overall quality is very good though!

I just love the weighted blanket that I got. It's beautiful and I love the cotton cover. It's just the right amount of weight. It was worth every penny.
I did not know what to expect, however, I was pleasantly surprised and quite happy with the weighted blanket I ordered. I believe I may have needed a heavier blanket (ordered a 7 lb) however, I was able to fold this small blanket in half to get a heavier affect and use as a throw. I slept well using just the small blanket. It was warm and felt right. I am very happy with my decision to get this blanket.
