The Bare Home Rewards program ("Bare Rewards") is a loyalty program operated by Bare Home and powered by Smile.io. By enrolling in or participating in Bare Rewards, you agree to the following terms.
Eligibility: Bare Rewards is open to customers with a registered barehome.com account. Participation is limited to one account per person. Points are non-transferable and may only be earned and redeemed by the account holder.
Earning Points: Points are awarded for qualifying activities including purchases, account creation, product reviews, social engagement, referrals, and birthday rewards, as detailed on the Bare Rewards program page. Purchase points are calculated on the order subtotal after discounts are applied, excluding taxes, shipping charges, and any excluded items or fees. Points are not awarded on purchases made while logged out of your account.
Tier Status: Bare Rewards has three membership tiers - Rest, Sleep, and Dream - based on annual spend at barehome.com. Tier status is evaluated on a rolling 12-month basis. Tier benefits, including elevated point-earning rates and exclusive perks, are applied automatically when a spending threshold is reached. Bare Home reserves the right to modify tier thresholds and benefits at any time with reasonable notice.
Redeeming Points: Points may be redeemed for discount codes applied at checkout on eligible barehome.com purchases. Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Rewards may be combined with other promotional codes or sitewide discount events unless explicitly stated. Points cannot be applied to gift card purchases.
Referrals: Referral rewards are issued after the referred friend completes a qualifying purchase of $100 or more. The referred friend receives $20 off their first qualifying order; the referring member receives 2,000 points. Referral rewards are not awarded for self-referrals or duplicate accounts. Bare Home reserves the right to revoke referral rewards if abuse is suspected.
Reviews & Social Engagement: Points awarded for reviews, photos, videos, and social actions are subject to Bare Home's verification. Bare Home reserves the right to withhold or revoke points for content that does not meet community standards or that is found to be fraudulent. Points for social engagement actions (such as following on social media) are awarded at Bare Home's discretion based on available verification methods.
Exclusions: Points are not earned on the following: Bare Home Digital Gift Cards; state mattress recycling fees (CA, CT, OR, RI); and mattress or box spring disposal fees. These exclusions are subject to change.
Points Expiration: Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity. Bare Home will make reasonable efforts to notify members before points expire. Bare Home is not responsible for expired points.
Account Suspension & Abuse: Bare Home reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be manipulating the program, creating duplicate accounts, submitting fraudulent reviews, or engaging in any other form of abuse. All accumulated points will be forfeited upon account closure for violations of these terms.
Program Changes: Bare Home reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Bare Rewards program at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members with reasonable advance notice. Continued participation following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Limitation of Liability: Points and rewards are not property and carry no monetary value outside of the Bare Rewards program. Bare Home is not responsible for lost or inaccessible points resulting from unauthorized account access.
