Points post once your order's payment is confirmed as paid. If any portion of an order is refunded, the points tied to that refund are removed. Points are earned on both online and in-store purchases, calculated on your order subtotal before discounts.
Yes - points are earned on most purchases including sale-priced items. Points are calculated on the amount you pay after discounts, not on the original price.
Points are not awarded on: Bare Home Digital Gift Cards; state mattress recycling fees (CA, CT, OR, RI); and mattress or box spring disposal fees.
Yes! You earn the standard purchase points on your mattress order plus an additional 500 bonus points on your first mattress purchase.
There are three tiers Silver, Gold, Platinum based on how much you spend at barehome.com in a rolling 12-month period. See benefit tiers above for more information.
Tiers are based on your total spending over a rolling 12-month period. Once your spending reaches the threshold for the next tier, your status and earning rate are updated automatically.
When you're ready to redeem, you can convert your points to a discount and apply at them at checkout.

Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity. We'll send you an email reminder before they expire so you have a chance to use them.

No. Points can only be redeemed by the account holder while logged into their own account. Even if someone is placing an order on your behalf (such as via a phone call), points cannot be applied without you being logged in.
First, make sure you were logged into your account when you placed your order. If your points still haven't appeared within 30 days of your order shipping, contact us at care@barehome.com and we'll sort it out.
Points earned from a returned order will be removed from your account once the return is processed.
