Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All orders received before 12 PM Central Time are processed the same business day.

Expedited Shipping (U.S. Only)

  • Options: 1-day and 2-day shipping are available for most products (excluding mattresses) for an additional fee.

  • Delivery Days: Expedited orders are delivered Monday–Friday. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Canadian Fulfillment

We offer local fulfillment through our Canadian distribution network and Amazon FBA. This ensures faster delivery and eliminates surprise customs or import duties upon arrival.

Pre-Orders

  • Billing: Charged at the time of purchase.

  • Timeline: Posted dates are estimates; items may ship up to 2 weeks before or after the estimate.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel a pre-order at any time prior to shipping for a full refund.

  • Note: We cannot make changes to orders containing pre-order items once placed.


Returns & Exchanges

If your purchase isn't everything you dreamt about, we want to make it right. Please review our timeframes and conditions below.

Return Timeframes

  • Standard Items: 30 days from delivery.

  • Mattresses: 100-night trial. (Note: Returns are only accepted after the initial 30-day adjustment period. Limit 1 mattress return per 5-year period).

  • Holiday Extension: Purchases made Nov 1 – Dec 15 may be returned until January 15.

  • Canada & Non-Contiguous U.S.: All orders are Final Sale.

Condition Requirements

Care Note: Please inspect your order for defects before washing.

  • General Products: Must be unused, unwashed, and in original saleable condition with tags and packaging.

  • Mattresses: Must have original labels, have been used on a proper foundation, and be in "donation condition."

Return Shipping Fees

  • Contiguous U.S.: FREE. We provide a prepaid FedEx shipping label. You must drop the package at a FedEx location; scheduled pickups are at the customer's expense.

  • Non-Contiguous U.S. (AK, HI, PR): Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Canada Orders. All orders are Final Sale.

Important Details

Final Sale Items

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items marked as “Last Call,” Sale, Clearance, or Reduced Price.

  • Gift Cards.

  • All orders shipped to Canada or outside the Contiguous U.S.

  • Note: If a Canadian order arrives damaged, please email care@barehome.com within 7 days with photos.

Refunds

  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original form of payment or provided as Store Credit (Digital Gift Card).

  • Exclusions: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Discounts: Any discounts used at checkout will be applied proportionally to the refund.
