At Bare Home, we're dedicated to providing you with quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Please review our shipping and returns policies below.

Shipping Policy

Contiguous U.S. Shipping

  • Bare Home is pleased to offer complimentary Contiguous U.S. ground economy shipping on all orders of $50 or more.

  • For orders under $50, we charge a flat rate of $5.

Canada Shipping

  • Shipping rates for Canada are calculated by FedEx automatically during checkout.

  • Please note that the free shipping threshold ($50+) applies only to the contiguous U.S.; free shipping is not available for orders shipping to Canada.

Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories

  • If you live outside of the contiguous U.S., shipping rates are automatically calculated during checkout.

Expedited Shipping

  • For most products (excluding mattresses), U.S. customers may elect to upgrade their order to 1 or 2-day shipping for an additional fee. Please refer to our shipping options at checkout for details.

  • Please note that 1 and 2-day shipments will not be delivered on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. All orders will be delivered Monday–Friday.

Order Processing We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you. All Orders received before 12 PM Central Time will be processed the same day.

Pre-orders

  • If an item you ordered is on pre-order, it will be noted on your email receipt.

  • Posted shipping dates are estimates, and pre-orders may be shipped up to 2 weeks before or after the posted date.

  • Pre-orders are charged when placed but may be canceled at any time prior to shipping for a full refund.

  • Please note we are unable to make any changes to orders containing pre-order items.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We hope that you love your new Bare Home items. However, if it’s not everything you dreamt about, we want to make it right. Subject to the limitations below, you can return or exchange eligible products purchased from us within the specified timeframe.

Return Timeframes

  • All Products (excluding Mattresses): You can return these products to us within 30 days of delivery.

  • Extended Holiday Returns: Purchases made between November 1 and December 15 are eligible for returns until January 15.

  • Mattresses: We will not accept returns of mattresses within the first 30 days of delivery to allow for an adjustment period. If after 30 days you are not satisfied, you may return your mattress up to 100 days from delivery. (Limit 1 mattress return per five-year period).

Condition of Returned Products

  • Care Instructions: We ask that you ensure your order is clear of any defects when received and before washing.

  • Mattresses: Must have original labels, have been used on a proper foundation, and be in "donation condition."

  • All Other Products: Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original, saleable condition with original tags, packaging, and the original packing slip included.

Return Shipping

  • Contiguous U.S.: Return shipping is FREE. After you initiate your return, you will receive a prepaid shipping label.

  • Canada & Outside Contiguous U.S.: For orders shipping from Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

If you’d like to make a return or exchange, you’ll need your order number and the shipping zip/postal code. Please contact our customer service team to begin the process.

Manner of Refund

  • Original Form of Payment: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, excluding any original shipping and handling charges (unless the return is due to our error).

  • Store Credit: You may opt for store credit (Digital Gift Card), which does not expire.

  • Note on Discounts: Discounts applied at purchase will be proportionally applied to your refund.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

  • Sales on “last call,” sale, reduced price, clearance, or other similarly marked items are final.

  • We do not accept returns on gift cards.

  • Except for Canada, we do not accept returns on international purchases.


Purchase Locations

  • We only accept returns for items purchased directly from us through our website (barehome.com).

  • Any changes will become effective as of the date of posting.

  • In addition, we reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges for any or no reason, including, without limitation, those returns that would otherwise violate our Terms of Service.
