Demand-Fulfillment Planner

Job Description

This position will develop, implement, and manage a best-in-class demand planning and reporting process, partner closely with cross-functional teams including, Operations, Procurement, Sales, and Finance to ensure demand forecasts are aligned with historical trends, as well as with the company’s goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Continuously review demand and supply data, and adjust forecasts, as needed, for consumer product
  • Identify gaps with the current data reporting capabilities, and work with various teams on a gap closure plan
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required
  • Analyze and set system parameters to optimize inventory and meet service level goals and minimize costs
  • Analyze and resolve product backlogs, fill rates on a daily basis; identify problem areas and drive appropriate functional groups to correct
  • Analyze trends, patterns, and relationships in large datasets to estimate the effect of different market variables (pricing, promotions, weather, advertising) on demand
  • Conduct research and incorporate key business drivers that influence inventory replenishment, procurement of raw materials, sales strategies, financial projections, and marketing plans
  • Communicate the resulting forecasts accurately to all Supply Chain, Sales and Finance counterparts in a timely manner
  • Review actual demand against the forecast and take appropriate action to correct forecasts when necessary. Communicate any changes to the forecasts, promptly and effectively, to Supply Chain and Sales counterparts.
  • Determine key drivers of forecasting and identify opportunities to improve forecast methodology and forecasting processes in the long term
  • Create, analyze, execute, and communicate strategic inventory plans and stocking strategies to balance supply and demand which align with service level goals and product life cycles
  • Utilize and create reporting and analysis to identify, communicate, and drive continuous improvement activities across the organization

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years in supply chain, planning, inventory management, procurement, materials management, or distribution operations

Senior Accountant

We are looking for a Full-Time On-site, detail-oriented senior account to perform and coordinate account duties within our organization. The senior accountant’s responsibilities include preparing financial reports, preforming account reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger, preparing tax returns, assisting with audit preparations, and performing other accounting duties as assigned.

To be successful as a senior accountant, you should have a solid working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), possess strong Excel skills and strong financial analysis skills. An outstanding senior accountant should also be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work with little to no supervision and perform under pressure.

Senior Accountant Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating accounting functions and programs.

Responsibilities

Position Summary:

As an MHE operator with JP Ecommerce, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe warehouse. We provide a clean and organized warehouse, climate-controlled environment, state of the art tools, and a positive work experience.This position will also be helping with general fulfillment duties including production, order fulfillment, order picking, order packing, inventory, and organization.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

  • Responsible for Safely handling/moving product within company premises using a reach truck, order picker or Raymond Turret Truck

The Human Resource Administrative is responsible for performing HR- related duties on a professional level and will work closely with the Director of Human Resources. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: recruitment/employment, onboarding, policy implementation, benefits, employee relations and employee law compliance.

Performance Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the HR Department
  • A strong focus on recruiting and head hunting
  • Provide operations support on issues such as talent and performance management and employment law
  • Monitors tardy and absenteeism reports and ensure proper documentation is issued on employees who have excessive tardiness or absenteeism problems.
  • Assist/lead the development of HR processes, policies, and systems
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefits laws and regulations
  • Ensures compliance with USCIS Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification; Periodically audits Forms I-9
  • Perform other duties as assigned and willing to assist in other areas as necessary
