Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service through phone and email interactions.
Effectively communicate with customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Utilize your excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word or similar systems to assist in customer support tasks.
Utilize PC skills for data entry and record-keeping.
Respond to emails promptly and professionally, maintaining a high level of customer service.
Previous experience in customer service is a bonus, but not mandatory.
Qualifications:

Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word or experience with similar systems.
Comfortable with PC skills, including data entry.
A positive attitude and a dedication to maintaining a friendly and collaborative work environment.
Availability for weekend shifts when necessary.
Previous experience in customer service is a bonus but not required.
