Provide leadership for the development of sourcing and procurement strategies resulting in effective agreements, cost savings, and process improvements. Own the drafting of business requirements for vendor partnerships, identifying potential third parties, leading strategic sourcing, contract spend analysis, product quality, and completing contracts within an organization that is growing and undergoing change. Vendor contracting: Determine contracting strategy, oversee the process for assuring details are accurately captured in the contract (e.g., scope of work, service level agreements, performance metrics, etc.), oversee and at times lead the negotiation of terms and pricing, drive best value for the business, and establish and communicate contracting timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Leads the Development and maintains strategic sourcing plans that coordinates the sourcing and contract management activities.

SIOP Demand Planner & Analysis

This position will develop, implement, and manage a best-in-class demand planning and reporting process. Partner closely with cross-functional teams including, Operations, Procurement, Sales, and Finance to ensure demand forecasts are aligned with historical trends, as well as with the company’s goals and objectives. Consolidate existing disparate process across the organization into a single source of truth, which will drive informed decision making and performance tracking. Advanced Excel modeling and data manipulation experience required.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the monthly forecasting process for all product lines within the business delivering high-quality and consistently improving demand visibility to ensure the right product, at the right place, at the right time.
  • Continuously reviews demand and supply data, and adjusts forecasts for Consumer product, device, and fiber build units in near real-time.
  • Investigate, learn, and understand demand drivers; manage reporting and forecast models.
  • Effectively identify and communicate trends and insights to stakeholders; reconcile variances and update model assumptions accordingly.
  • Identify gaps with current data reporting capabilities, and work with various teams on a gap closure plan.
  • Support development of reporting and forecasting system.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as required.

The Graphic Design Manager for Bare Homes creative services team will collaborate with Marketing, other designers, writers and internal stakeholders to produce compelling communications. This position oversees graphic execution of digital ads, website design, new product material, and more. In addition, this position maintains and manages graphic standards of the department.

Essential Functions:

  • Mentor and manage a team of designers by defining clear goals, prioritizing work and creating an environment that fosters collaboration, trust and respect.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and digital teams to produce materials that will effectively communicate key messages to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Direct, control and report on company's inventory levels at its different locations.
  • Analyze trends, patterns, and relationships in large datasets to estimate the effects of different market variables (pricing, promotions, weather, advertising) on demand.
  • Conduct research and incorporate key business drivers that influence production decisions, inventory replenishment, procurement of raw materials, sales strategies, financial projections, and marketing plans.
  • Communicate the resulting forecasts accurately to all Supply Chain, Sales and Finance counterparts in a timely manner.
  • Present and explain the reasoning behind all forecasts to senior leaders, company executives, and Home Depot in an effective, professional manner.
