Position Overview
The Customer Service Supervisor at JP Ecommerce (Bare Home) oversees a team of customer service representatives, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by managing daily operations, resolving customer issues, providing training and setting performance goals to deliver exceptional service across all customer interactions. This role is critical in maintaining our reputation for quality, innovation, and customer-centric approach in the e-commerce bedding industry.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
- Hire, train and supervise quality customer service representatives
- Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to optimize efficiency
Problem Solving
- Quickly identify and resolve customer issues using critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Develop training for customer service representatives on handling customer issues to make sure all give the same clear information
Communication
- Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and team members
- Document customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain clear communication with team members and ensure that direct reports are effectively doing their job.
Training and Development
- Design and deliver ongoing customer service training programs to equip representatives with the knowledge and skills needed to handle diverse customer situations
Online Presence Management
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews on various platforms
- Contribute to maintaining a positive online reputation for the company
Compliance and Quality Assurance
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and communication guidelines
- Maintain customer data confidentiality and privacy
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Customer Service Management experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and Excel
- Experience with CRM systems and data entry
- Ability to type accurately at a minimum of 40 WPM
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods (up to 8 hours) at a computer workstation
- Capable of wearing a headset for extended periods
- Manual dexterity to operate computer equipment efficiently
Work Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Rotating weekend shifts required
