Entry Level E-Commerce Marketplace Associate

The ideal candidate is detail oriented and a quick learner. This person will be responsible for representing our brand on multiple digital storefronts.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain listings on marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, Overstock.
  • Monitor listings and collaborating with writers and graphic designers to create top performing digital content.
  • Improve listing rankings on marketplaces by researching competitors and identifying available opportunities.
  • Work closely with marketplace account reps to maintain Bare Home's standards across platforms.
  • Manage listing data and review for discrepancies or errors.
  • Create, edit, modify and combine Excel spreadsheets for export/modification in multiple formats

Inventory Control Analyst

We offer a small company atmosphere coupled with the excitement of a fast-paced, rapidly expanding online retail business. We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist who is capable of creating and managing our inventory planning based in a combination of Excel, WMS, and ERP.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee inventory and supply chain management according to company guidelines.
  • Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct number of items are in stock
  • Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts.
  • Review documentation and monitor product codes to search for discrepancies; troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records.
  • Allocating inventory to the correct departments as it comes into the warehouse. 
  • Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures to maximize efficiency and cut operations costs.
  • Prepare, generate, and file financial inventory reports, review reports monthly with management.
  • Drafting inventory reports that document inventory counts, discrepancies, and other statistical data.
  • Coordinating with other workers to resolve discrepancies between inventory and revenue.
  • Creating and maintaining inventory and KPI’s for accurately managing inventory.

 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 5+ years inventory control in a WMS environment experience. SAP experience preferable.
  • 7+ years’ experience in supply chain, planning, procurement, materials management or distribution operations.
  • Superior analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to dive in and quickly understand root cause and identify scalable solutions
  • Extensive computer skills, specifically in Excel.

IT Manager Job Duties

    Junior Buyer

    • Place and manage purchase orders to meet revenue and inventory goals
    • Proactively maintain open purchase orders: ship date management, past due purchase order management, purchase order acknowledgement, on time delivery
    • Highlight shortages and escalate as necessary to meet the demand schedule
    • Reschedule and expedite deliveries when necessary according to demand requirements
