Sheets

Q: How do I launder my sheets?

A: Your sheets will keep getting better after every wash and should be changed every week or so, alternating between sets to preserve quality. Wash on a cool or warm cycle, and line-dry naturally to preserve fibers, colors and elasticity. If you’re using a dryer, choose a low heat and a low tumble cycle.

 

Q: How deep are your fitted sheets?

Q: Do your sheets wrinkle?

      Q: What's the difference between Down and Down Alternative?

      A: A down comforter is made from the fine quill-less material beneath the feather layer on ducks and geese, while a down-alternative comforter may be made from synthetic or natural materials, depending on brand. Down Alternative has hypoallergenic properties for a more comfortable night of sleep.


      Q: Can I wash my comforter?

      A: Yes, easy care machine wash on gentle cycle with cold water, air dry or tumble dry on low when needed.

         

        Pillows

          Q: What's the difference between Plush, Mid-Plush, and Firm?

          A: A plush pillow is a soft pillow that your head sinks into, and a firm pillow is a solid pillow that supports your head. A mid-plush is between a plush and firm pillow.


          Q: What's the difference between Down and Down Alternative?

          Q: Can I wash my Pillow?

          A: We recommend laundering every 4 months, even if clean. If you have allergies, every 2 months or as often as needed. Cold or Warm on regular cycle (not delicate). Use any detergent, and Do not use fabric softener.

              Q: How do I track my order?

              A: Click the "My Account/Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.


              Q: I can't check out. How can I place my order?

              A: You may order with us over the phone +1 888-894-6951 if you are not able to check out.

              Q: How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

              A: Click the the my account person link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "change quantities/cancel item" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

               

              Shipping

                Q: When is my order shipping?

                A: We'll e-mail you confirming your order as soon as we receive it. Save the e-mail, because it includes an order number. We'll also e-mail confirmation of your shipment as soon as your package leaves our fulfillment center.

                 

                Q: I didn't receive an order and/or shipping confirmation?

                A: If you don't receive an order confirmation within 24 hours, contact admin (AT) Barehome.com. We don't send shipping confirmation e-mails until your order leaves the fulfillment center. I only received part of my order. If you just received your order, please be patient. We often pack and ship orders that contain several items in separate boxes. Occasionally, the packages arrive on different days, even if we shipped them at the same time with the same tracking number.


                Q: If one item is backordered, when will my package ship?

                A: Because the most popular items at Bare Home sell so quickly, we occasionally run out. If this happens, we'll notify you with an estimated ship date and we'll follow up with a progress report. We make every effort to send you the items you want in a reasonable amount of time.                 Offer Codes

                  Q: Can I use two codes on one order?

                  A: Sorry, but we do not allow two codes on one order.


                  Q: How do I use my referral code?

                  A: After adding items to your cart, click the "View Cart" link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you'll see a box where you may enter your coupon code.

                   

                  Returns / Exchanges


                    Q: How do I initiate a return or exchange?

                    A: Sorry, we can't cancel or modify your order after you submit it. Please save your pack slip. It serves as your receipt if you need to return or exchange an item.

                    Send Your Return/Exchange to Our Warehouse
                    1. Wrap the package securely. Use the original packing material, if possible.
                    2. Mail the package to the address listed below.
                    3. For your protection, we recommend you send your return/exchange with an insured, track-able carrier. We do not recommend using overnight or second-day shipping due to the expense.
                    4. Once we receive your item, we'll send you confirmation via e-mail.
                    5. We'll process your return/exchange within 7-14 days after receipt of your package.
                    6. Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
                    7. If you used a Bare Home Gift Card, we'll e-mail you an electronic Bare Home Gift Certificate within five business days.

                    Please write your order number and the reason for your return/exchange on a slip of paper you enclose in your package.

                    Q: What is your exchange/return policy?

                    A: We want you to be happy with the purchases you make at Barehome.com. If you're not satisfied, you may return or exchange the following within 30 days:
                    • Any unopened, unused product, and still in its original condition

                    We will refund your money as long as your product meets the above conditions and you include the original pack slip, but we will charge a 15% - 25% re-stocking fee. Of course, we cannot refund your shipping or return shipping fees. For returns without the original pack slip, we issue an electronic Bare Home Gift Certificate.

                    Please confirm your order meets the above criteria to qualify for a return.

                    Care instructions state “wash before using”, all customers must ensure their received order is clear of any defects upon arrival & before washing.
