BARE HOME MATTRESS TRIALS, RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY
EFFECTIVE DATE April 24, 2025
I. Mattress Trials & ReturnsIf you wish to return a product that you purchased from us, please contact Customer Care team by phone at 1.888.649.6609 or email at
care@barehome.com. Our team is on site Mon - Sun: 8am - 4:30pm CST and we will initiate the Bare Home Mattress Return Request process. We do not charge any fees to process a Mattress Return Request. To complete the return, we will need documents and information from you requested by our Customer Care team to complete your Mattress Return Request. If you do not submit all required information and documentation within 30 days from the date the Bare Home Mattress Return Request is initiated, then the Mattress Return Request will be automatically canceled, and you will have to re-submit your request to begin the process again.
Our Mattress Return Request process is only applicable to products shipped to a location within the contiguous (48-state) United States. Areas outside the contiguous United States are not eligible for mattress return.
All Mattress Return Requests are subject to the terms and conditions for returns based on the product category of your mattress. These terms and conditions apply to mattress product returns and/or exchanges as described, and no Mattress Return Requests will be approved if the products do not meet these conditions.

Applicable Mattresses Bare Home Clean Classic Mattresses.I.A.2. Good Dreams 100 Night Trial PolicyCustomers who have purchased a new Bare Home mattress (as defined in the list in Section I.A.1.) either directly from
barehome.com or from certain Bare Home-authorized ecommerce retailers are eligible for a 100-Night Mattress Trial Period as specified below. Eligible customers may use their new Bare Home mattress for its intended purpose (including with a proper base, frame, or foundation) in their normal sleep environment for up to 100 nights while retaining the option to submit a Mattress Return Request for the mattress throughout the duration of the mattress trial period. The 100-night product trial period begins on the date of Customer's receipt of the mattress.

I.A.3. Bare Home Mattress Return Policy
If, after a full 30-night period, you are not completely satisfied sleeping on your new Bare Home mattress, you may contact us starting on day 31 but before the end of the 100-Night Trial Period to arrange for the return or one-time exchange of your purchase. The Bare Home Mattress Return Request for an opened mattress can be made no earlier than 30 days after delivery and no later than 100 nights/101 days after delivery. Return Requests for unopened mattresses can be made immediately after delivery. Mattresses that have not been opened within 14 days from the date Customer receives the mattress at the location designated by Customer for deliver (Delivery Date) are considered misused and are ineligible for returns and warranty claims and are also considered misused.
For a Mattress Return Request to be approved, mattresses must have been used only for their original intended purpose; have been supported by the use of a proper base, frame, or foundation; must be in a sanitary condition with no rips, stains, signs of wear and tear (except for any ordinary wear and tear); and must not have any environmental damage (such as mold, bed bugs, etc.). Any of the above prohibited conditions voids Mattress Return Request eligibility.
Generally, for mattress, we'll help coordinate removal with our Donation Partners. For all other items identified in section I.A.1, we will provide guidance that may include alternative options. To facilitate the donation of returned mattresses, Bare Home may work with Donation Partners who will arrive on-site (as scheduled with the customer) to assess the condition of the mattress, determine eligibility for donation, and, if eligible, retrieve the returned mattress for donation. Our Donation Partners maintain the right of refusal to determine mattress donation eligibility; all decisions regarding donation eligibility are made solely at the discretion of our Donation Partners and are final. If a mattress is determined to be ineligible for donation, Bare Home will not take possession of the mattress, the Return Request is automatically deemed denied, and the Customer is not entitled to a refund.
II. Refunds
All mattress refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment.
If your Return Request is approved, you will receive a refund in the full dollar amount of the returned Mattress purchase price plus tax, but not including fees in addition to the purchase price, such as: a) shipping; b) Extend or other third party warranty; or, c) state-based recycling programs.
If you purchased a product at a discounted value using an offer code, the dollar value of the discount will not be refunded or credited back to you even if all products are returned.
If you received a promotional product with your mattress purchase and you would like to return your mattress, you may: a) keep; b) donate; or c) dispose of the promotional product that was included with your mattress purchase. The dollar value of the promotional product will not be refunded or credited back to you regardless of the above option you choose to exercise and even if all products are returned.
III. Exchanges
Unless a product exchange is requested due to a manufacturing defect or warranty claim, exchanges are processed as Return Requests as described herein. Upon approval of a Return Request for the product to be exchanged, you may place an order for the replacement product. You may only exchange one mattress per household.
IV. Cancellations
You may cancel an order any time prior to processing. You will receive an email after your product has shipped with tracking information.
