I bought the duvet set as a Christmas gift, so it has not been received yet by its intended recipient. That said, the color is lovely and feels substantial without being heavy. I am hopeful it will wash and wear well. It also came in a nice reusable canvas bag, which is like an extra gift!

The material is very poor, it feels crunchy and very loud when tossing and turning. PLEASE do not buy this if you're looking for dusty rose color. It's more like an obnoxious baby pink. I now understand their strict refund policy as this makes it impossible to return because they know the poor quality of their product. Buyers beware! Based on this purchase I will never buy from this website again!

Beautiful duvet cover and matching shams! It's crisp and cooling and doesn't feel like it will pill or cause any issues. It does get a bit wrinkly but I don't mind it and didn't really need or expect something that was wrinkle-less.

A while ago I bought their fleece throw and I was impressed A++ by the quality! Superb softness and NO LINT!! Washes beautifully! I told friends! Recently I searched unhappily for a duvet insert and cover. I was disappointed with LLBEAN which shrunk. Then I thought to try the Bare website. I got the Down Alternative Duvet Insert and Organic Cotton Percale Duvet Cover Set. I slept in it last night and my sleep quality improved! It's the perfect warmth for a hot sleeper. It's soft. There are EIGHT TIES so it stays put! Love the French beige color. It's nice and long for my twin XL. Great pricing. As if I couldn't be impressed anymore - the insert says it's organic and they donate to charity. And free returns. Love Bare Home!

This review is a bit too soon. I still haven't used, washed nor seen if the duvet cover sets stretch out of shape, nor if they fade nor if they tear after the first or second wash. What I can say is that they feel luxurious, cool, soft yet sturdy. The colors are true to the website pictures. I have high hopes for the bedding.

I love the Bare Home brand. I was looking for a nice, cotton, Oeko-Tek certified duvet cover for my down comforter. I found a bare home one via Macys and came back for a second one! My fiancé sleeps hot and I sleep cold and this duvet cover is so nice and breathable, it doesn't detract from the temp control/breathability of the comforter at all. Plus it makes us feel like we're sleeping in a hotel bed.

As someone who is very into sustainability, I was so excited to find Bare Home! I got this comforter for my dorm room and it was perfect! I even use the tote bag it came in too! Super cute, super comfy, great buy!

I absolutely LOVE this duvet cover. For years we used only comforters, which is fine. But I loved the look a duvets, so I have been searching for a long while, I bought a bamboo duvet insert (which we love) I also purchased a duvet cover to go with it from the same company, unfortunately they promised breathable, a cool, it was soooooo HOT, so we kept the insert and sent back the cover.... long story short, I was back at researching a cover amd found Bare, amazing quality, I was specifically looking for organic, non toxic, breathable. It checks all the boxes, looks and feels amazing! For anyone wondering, this percale is "crisp cool"

This duvet cover is everything I was hoping for. Comfortable, soft, excellent quality...I finally feel like I have figured out grown up bedding!

I began looking at this because I liked the color. Meanwhile, the quality and price are also great. After washing, there was some wrinkling where it got rolled up on itself in the dryer. A quick spray with wrinkle releaser and it looks great without ironing.

The main reason I bought this duvet cover was to keep my microfiber comforter from attracting so much dog hair. It works great for that purpose, and it's great for so many other reasons, too! The material is so nice, and it adds some weight but no heat to my covers at night. I love it!

I ordered two twin/xl duvet covers one in grey (not light grey) and one in French beige. The grey color is exactly as shown online. The covers are very well made and fit the down comforters perfectly. Lots of sturdy ties which are great. I had seen other reviews online about the French beige not being beige, but I have many shades of tan and beige so ordered it anyway. French beige however is not any shade of beige that I own, nor is it greige or gray but an odd color that is hard to describe. It is definitely a cool color though which is not what I was looking for. Customer service was great and had a lable emailed to me right away so I could return it. I am keeping the grey, the material is feels substantial, but is not too heavy and feels nice. I washed it in hot water and medium heat dry and it came out perfectly. I am ordering another duvet in a different color. I ordered the pillowcases so I could see the colors, and grey (not light grey) is exactly like the grey duvet and btw the pink is a light baby pink but is pretty and a warm color. Quality is great for both the duvet and the pillowcases and both are labeled organic cotton. They even came in a nice cotton bag. Highly recommend.

Super soft & cozy for my little girl! She was getting too tall for her toddler duvet and it was time to upgrade to a twin. I love the percale feel and that it's organic cotton. Packaging was great and frustration free. We're considering buying for our king bed as well! My only complaint is that I couldn't buy a down duvet from Bare in a Twin size, so the one we got is slightly shorter bc it's not a XL and it had a slight musty smell when I went to wash it.

Soft and bright - we washed the duvet cover before putting it on our duvet and it's excellent. Fluffy, soft, cool, in a bright blue color (but not too bright!). Easy to put on the duvet and after a few nights sleep it's still in place (unlike some linen duvet covers we've had where there seems to be too much extra fabric). It's impossible to beat this price for this quality. Highly recommend.

Great quaility! This is the second duvet cover I purchased. The first one has been washed and dried so many times and it still looks brand new. It is true percale, nice and cold all year long!

This is my second purchase from Bare. I loved the sheet set so much I thought I would purchase this duvet cover and insert from Bare, also. I love that the cover had 6 ties and the insert had the corresponding 6 places to tie to keep it in place. One in each corner and one halfway down each side. I love the fabric and the insert is just right to keep me warm.
