Frequently Asked Questions

  • We recommend dry cleaning your down comforter. However, if desired, you can wash it in cold water on the gentle cycle with a specialized down detergent.

  • “Sewn-through” means the front and back of the comforter are sewn together to hold the fill, creating cold spots. A “baffle” creates a cube-like fill box that keeps the front and back separated, eliminating no-fill cold spots.

  • Our baffle box construction takes care of that. But if desired, run on the no-heat dryer setting for 20 minutes to redistribute the fill. Pro tip: use wool dryer balls to make it even fluffier.

  • It means it is certified by the Responsible Down Standard (RDS) for animal welfare.
