Mattress Removal Only ($125):
LoadUp will schedule a pickup to haul away your old mattress and box spring.
White Glove Setup & Removal ($215):
The ultimate convenience. They’ll unbox and set up your new Bare Home mattress and take the old one away in one visit.

In accordance with California’s Used Mattress Recovery and Recycling Act, Bare Home offers free mattress removal for our California customers with the purchase of a new mattress. Simply enter your delivery address at checkout and select Load Up Free Mattress Removal.

It depends on the service you choose! We offer Curbside Pickup, where you simply leave your items outside and go about your day. If you prefer In-Home Pickup or have ordered White Glove Setup, an adult must be present to let the Loaders into the home.

For the safety of the removal teams and to prevent cross-contamination, LoadUp cannot accept mattresses with active bed bug infestations. If your mattress has been treated, it must be cleared by a professional and placed in a certified bed bug mattress bag before pickup can be scheduled.

es! While our standard service focuses on mattresses and box springs, LoadUp can also assist with the removal of bed frames, headboards, and even bulky adjustable bases. These additional items can be added to your service request for an incremental fee.

LoadUp always prioritizes the most sustainable path. They first attempt to donate mattresses to local organizations. If donation isn't an option due to the mattress's condition or local regulations, they work with local recycling facilities to ensure the materials are diverted from landfills whenever possible.

If you’ve selected In-Home Pickup, please ensure the path to the bedroom is clear of clutter. If you’ve selected Curbside Pickup, please have your items placed outside by your scheduled start time. We also ask that you remove all bedding, pillows, and mattress protectors before the team arrives.
